I have 2 beautiful ragdoll cats and i have been buying toys for them for a long time, i have never received the top of the line quality products that i got from pet circle, was very surprised. Fast delivery to SA and good communication via email. Reptile sand beat any price near my home. The ' rock / hides ' I brought , whilst looking good , they are made of some weird foam,( like that spray expandable foam you use in your wall ) not really liking that . old cat a new lease on life and he is back to being the demanding little tyrant with zoomies we love. For anyone busy, old, disabled, living far from pet stores, Pet Circle is the best pet food service I have found so far. It can deliver everything your pet needs sometimes cheaper than local shop and certainly than the vet. It's convenient and practical.

My 3 senior kitties need variety in their wet food diet. Weruva, Inaba and Feline Natural are good brands of commercial food. Pet Circle has a good selection of all. Follow-up · Prices are the same. However, It would be nice to offer loyalty prices for repeat customers who write reviews but who cannot afford auto deliveries. Items needed were in stock and are consistently in stocks. The items were packed in a strong box to avoid damage. When I have ordered cat litter in the past sometimes the packaging wasn't so good and litter bags would be damaged and leak but I think it has improved.

be that the delivery driver left my parcel on the OUTSIDE of my front gate when he could have easily placed it over the fence in a much more secure place.

Great competitive pricing and speedy delivery BUT my item arrived and one box of dog food trays was not only open but a tray was missing so was definitely packed like this! We would not accept this of our food but apparently it is acceptable for flog food! I contacted customer service and was given a $1.75 credit! Think I will shop elsewhere next time!
