Terrible customer service! They don't provide a phone number so you can call and speak to a human but instead you have to waste your time sending an SMS or email and waiting lengthy periods for a response, or you have to deal with an idiot AI chat bot that is such a waste of time! got to speak to a human! I wanted to place a large order today, just a few hundred dollars, but large enough, but because of being unable to speak to someone and having to deal with an idiot AI on their chat, I've ordered with another company who I could actually ring and ask a question about what I wanted to order. I will never deal with Pet Circle again if they can't have humans interacting with customers instead of chat bots!

unwell dog. I spoke to Chloe who went all out to get a smaller bag of the food shipped to me overnight. Great service. When mistakes happen or holdups they do try to fix it very fast.

Follow-up · The smaller bag was complimentary as an apology for the delay. The large bag that I ordered arrived the next day. I was very happy with Pet circles response. I’m not sure what caused the original delay. I have since ordered from pet circle twice and had my orders delivered the next day. Amazing service.

delivery and spent the reasonable premium for this. Yesterday at 7:27am, delivery was attempted. The driver buzzed my apartment, the buzzer was answered in 30 seconds, and no one was there. My parcel was marked as undeliverable.
I raised this issue with ANC and Pet Circle. Pet Circle refunded the cost and advised they will tell me when redelivery would be made. ANC stopped communicating with me when I requested to be advised of redelivery timeline. Funnily enough, they also stopped communicating with Pet Circle who received no further updates until the conclusion of the redelivery attempt.
This morning, delivery was once again attempted at 7:30am. Despite my communication, I was not advised of redelivery timeline until 6:19am this morning. Once again, the buzzer was answered within 30 seconds and no one was there. This time, my parcel was left on top of my intercom after no authority to leave (ATL) had been given. I live on a public main road and this is not a safe place to leave a parcel by any stretch.
ANC's response when I requested information on how to raise a complaint was to gaslight advising that drivers won't buzz not to "disturb people" and it's "Pet Circle Policy for ATL without customer consent." Considering the fact the driver buzzed the waffle about "not wanting to disturb" is a false. The driver didn't actually deliver appropriately, and that I was in communication with ANC about redelivery this is absolutely appalling practice.
ANC is another dodgy delivery partner taking $$$ without maintaining a service. It's telling that you can only communicate via email as their phone line defaults to a "contact administrator". Boycott all services who use this company - I am absolutely sick of these delivery partners taking the absolute mickey of the process.
Note, I genuinely believe that it is likely these delivery drivers are way overloaded and they are unfortunately wearing the brunt of bad business. Boycott these people at all costs. Blame the company not the underpaid workers.

My order was to be delivered to an address specified on the purchase order and was delivered to a post office. The delivery address was a house with no fence no dogs and a front porch to place the order on. Very simple.
