I have been happy with budget pets for my dog foods. On one instance the patee was off, I sent them the information and photos and they happily refunded the money to my account. Always delivered in a good timely manner. Dogs love the foods.
I ordered a 6 pack of Simparica on the 7th of september and still do not have my order I have emailed you and still nothing I want my parcel that I paid for if you have trouble with Aramex then do not use them as they are holding up my parcel Find someone else Why risk getting a bad name over them

It was a lovely experience buying on line from you for my first time. I got presents! Now that just doesn't happen everywhere I shop, so it came as a big surprise. There was an extra Simparica chewable tablet and a bonus long chewable tooth cleaning treat and my Afghan Hound Jett thanks you very much. Great prices, exceptional quality. I have been buying dog food, dental chews and joint and cartilage supplements, to name just a few, for years from Budget Pet Products. They stock recommended products by vets. Their delivery is quick with free postage over $49 orders. I'm always comparing their prices with those at the vets and other pet stores and 99.9% of the time, Budget Pet Products are cheaper. I can't fault their service or products. Show reply

Have used BPP for many many years now as we lived local to Gold Coast and wanted to support local business. We've moved away but still use them. Never had an issue , prices always the cheapest in comparison, delivery always done ✔️ Great to use. I won't use any big pet shop front retailer due to selling of puppies and kittens , and pricing. BPP are reliable and consistent with pricing, range, and availability. They pack and ship my order quickly every time, it usually arrives in a couple of days. I usually get free shipping, as usually spend over a certain amount. Follow-up · It's usually a little expensive ( unless you have a small dog ) but this time the sale offered a 4.5 kg bag for not too much more than a 1.8 kg bag. I guess the flavour is a mix of turkey, chicken and fish, according to the ingredient list. My 2.6 kg Pomeranian eats about 30 gm per day, so the bag should last, let's see, 4.5 kg divided by 30 gm is, er, well almost, er, well, it's a long time !! ( 150 days or about 5 months ! )

Signed up to auto ordering based on receiving better prices. Price creep quickly made this unviable. Have now discontinued auto ordering and back to price checking. Like insurance companies, relying on complacency and convenience. Yeah give it a miss.
I have been using Budget for a number of years spending a reasonable of money with them. My last order of a bag of food and a tray of cans somehow got split up the cans delivered and the bag not. After contacting Budget numerous times, it is apparently my fault the food has not arrived and they will not issue a credit so I can get food locally… Read more
because the courier that Budget engane for the deliveries cant find the food. Go figure. So in effect if the courier cant find the food, I cant send it back to claim a credit so I am out of pocket. It has been 4 days now with no communication at all so I guess I am out of pocket. I may not be your biggest customer but rest assured I am no longer your customer.

The auto delivery itself is fine, no complaints. The customer service is incompetent. I have asked multiple times over a period of several months to be taken off a mailing list for product reviews, and I am still receiving these emails.

My past supplier discontinued this product, and it was a pleasure to find it with Budget Pet. It is more professionally packaged, and just as good as before, though I haven’t tried it myself. The packaging & shipping was done very efficiently, with a rapid delivery time. I’m most pleased with all aspects of the sale, and am disappointed in that I hadn’t used them previously. Show reply
