on advice of the store (advised dog breed etc). This was around twice the cost of first pair. It lasted same amount of time. Pet barn will not reimburse me as it is outside warranty (12 months). They told me to ring petbarn customer service. Petbarn customer service told me to try my luck with wahl. Disappointing as have been a long standing customer. May as well have purchased online.

My little dog has a very specific prescription-only diet due to medical conditions. The food is quite expensive, but I’m more than happy to pay it because he means the world to me.
Recently, I received a delivery of his prescription food and unfortunately, six cans arrived damaged. They were cracked open and, by the time I received the order, were full of ants. I contacted Vets Love Pets and sent through photos of the damaged cans.
I genuinely suspected that the damage had occurred during the courier/delivery process rather than at Vets Love Pets, and I want to make that clear because I don't believe the damage was their fault.
What really impressed me was how quickly and professionally they handled the situation. In less than 24 hours, they had responded, thanked me for bringing the issue to their attention and arranged to replace the damaged products completely free of charge. They actually replaced the entire 12-can slab, even though only six cans had been damaged, and they also provided me with a $10 voucher towards my next order.
That level of customer service is becoming increasingly rare. I really appreciate how promptly they responded and how easy they made the whole process.

toys specifically because they are marketed for heavy chewers. Within around five minutes of my dog chewing the first toy, the nylon had become so rough that it caused her gums to bleed. I contacted the company immediately and provided a photo showing blood on the toy.
I also briefly tried the second toy I had purchased and noticed the same rough, abrasive deterioration beginning, so I stopped allowing my dog to use it because I wasn't willing to risk another injury.
The company's response was that this is "normal wear" for their nylon toys and that the rough areas are supposed to be sanded down. They also told me that this is why they include a sanding block with their Chewzilla Collections — however, I DID NOT receive a sanding block with my order, and the need to sand the toys was not mentioned to me at all during our previous correspondence.
They eventually offered to refund one toy as a "goodwill gesture" but refused to refund the second. What I found particularly disappointing was the tone of the response, including pointing out that I had already seen what happened with the first toy before "choosing" to give my dog the second one. I found this unnecessarily accusatory when I had contacted them with a genuine concern about my dog's safety.
Whether the company considers this type of deterioration "normal" or not, I personally don't think a toy marketed towards heavy chewers should become rough enough to make a dog's gums bleed within minutes of normal chewing.
I would not purchase these products again, and unfortunately the way my concerns were handled has left me with an equally poor impression of the customer service.

hours to reflate but was still lumpy and sagged within the cover. However, when removed from the cover and given a good shake it did start to look more like the product photos. The main bolster cushion is a long sausage filled with some sort of material and the second central cushion a round filled shape and when stuffed back into the cover does form a comfortable dog bed. I ordered a 2nd cover because when one is being washed there basically is no bed just two separate fiber filled cushions. The cover does wash well and my dog does like sleeping in the bed but in fairness he would sleep pretty much anywhere. The bed is stylish and looks good but is pricey and a bit over-hyped.

be a good idea to get one for him because he is an inside cat and he would be safe outside getting some fresh air and bird watch. The zip that allows the “door” opening has come away from the netting so it can no longer be used. Today I phoned La Luna and asked if there was a repair kit. A rude woman who said she was the boss when I asked for the owner, said that there would have been a repair kit included when I purchased it. I told her there was not one and could she please send one. She was extremely rude to me and kept saying there was one included. I again told her there wasn’t. She refused to send me a repair kit. I definitely am not used to being treated like this. For an expensive item around $413 it has not worn well and then to be told they would not supply a repair kit I do not recommend dealing with this company. I’m an age pensioner and have no idea how to fix this so my cat can no longer use his enclosure so is housebound. Thank you for nothing La Luna! Do not deal with this company!

They called me first thing the next day and sorted the cream purchase, added to my express parcel and it arrived by lunchtime the next day. Brilliant service, great price. put it together. They shipped this to Sydney for me. It was very easy to assemble and connected well to the wooden base which I also purchased. My cats are loving it and my escapee cat has now completely stopped all efforts to escape when the door is opened. I also purchased the tunnel so they have access to this outdoor space 24 hours a day. I also liked that I could choose a colour so it matches nicely with my house and fencing. I would highly recommend this product both for the high quality product it is but also for the company who went above and beyond to ensure that it would with the specifications I needed for various holes that were either cut or needed to be cut so this would work for me.
