I was not contacted at any time about anything. As a result of the misinformation provided by Pet Chemist, my dog was forced to go without his epilepsy medication for three days. Instead of receiving his medication by Friday the 13th of June, I received it today, the 18th of June. BUT this was only due to me realising my order hadn't progressed after six days. On 15th of June I uploaded his repeat prescription AGAIN to see if this would change the order status - it did, within hours. TOO LATE. My dog had three seizures last night.

were covered by lump looking like large insect bites and she refused to eat for 2 days after I stopped the medication. While she had these bump all over her body she went crazy scratching herself her body and even her eyes with her pores. I had my hands full to control her . After 3 day of stoping the medicine the Hydes/lump calmed down and she stared to eat s bit but still have not regained her normal appetite. This medication cost me $600 . Order was delayed and I had to buy extra food to fill the time gap, this has happened before and it takes away the convenience of doing Autoship so our supply is constant.
