Quick online service, reliable and easy to order. Whenever I've needed to ring them the staff have always been helpful. The medicines I need for my beautiful old man dog are way cheaper to buy here than from the vet plus having a script with repeats helps to keep vet bills down. I could not fault them. They have excellent customer service and good competitive pricing plus from my experience, it’s easy to contact them by telephone and email which is important when needed. My dog’s healthy life style thrives with Petz Park amongst other carefully selected nutritional doggy stuff and Pet chemist online seems to have the best deals.

I was not contacted at any time about anything. As a result of the misinformation provided by Pet Chemist, my dog was forced to go without his epilepsy medication for three days. Instead of receiving his medication by Friday the 13th of June, I received it today, the 18th of June. BUT this was only due to me realising my order hadn't progressed after six days. On 15th of June I uploaded his repeat prescription AGAIN to see if this would change the order status - it did, within hours. TOO LATE. My dog had three seizures last night.

I don't appreciate being sold a product that has been discontinued without a warning. Caninsulin Vetpen starter kit (0.5IU-8IU) for a diabetic dog. Cost me 175 bucks and the cartridges are being phased out

It appears that the delivery person from Aramex enjoys leaving the delivery in the middle of our front lawn. This occurs consistently. Please let them know that deliveries must be drop off on the side driveway entrance porch. PS the front gate is always unlocked for entry and our dogs are contained behind the secondary fences. the Pet Chemist website. Shortly after, I received confirmation that the parcel was going to be delivered to my old address. Without another option, I left a note for the residents at the old address letting them know of the parcel situation. A week after placing the order, I found out via the original Aramex tracking link that the parcel has been returned to sender, with no update on whether it'll ever be sent to my correct address as requested. Would leave a 0 star rating if I could, but giving 1 star in the event it might still show up before I have to try to contact customer service for help again.
Update (more than 1 month post purchase): arranged cancellation and refund of my order two weeks ago. Refund still hasn't been processed. This has to be the worst online shopping experience I've ever had
