and explaining the use and merits of each harness. He was very helpful, friendly and patient and in between assisting us, he also attended to the needs of other customers. He showed exemplary skills in Customer Service and we wish there were more like him. We left the store, happy customers and with two new dog harnesses.

Such helpful staff. They really know which products were best as you don't sell Paraguard dog worming tablets any more so the staff member was able to tell me what she thought was best to use instead. Thanks for the help Show reply

Walked in with a puppy who needed a quick nail trim so he wouldn’t hurt himself as his nails were long as he was recovering from an injury. Jess and Mel did oblige and attend to Dash I have no doubt that I will see them soon for a full grooming session for Dash as soon as his brace comes off. Thanks once again Show details ·  1

The staff at Petstock Hoppers Crossing are very friendly and extremely helpful. Their knowledge of stock and recommendations is amazing, especially the staff member who helped me choose my fish for my fish tank (I forgot her name). She was the best! We always enjoyed visiting, the staff are always lovely & helpful. I dont have my dogs nail clipped any more in store as they cut my dogs claw so very short the blood was squirting out, i took her home with a fully bandaged leg thatcontinued to bleed, i didn't go to work that night. More care needed to be taken. I understand that animals move, but don't cut until 100% sure. Show details

After ordering Dog food and having it free delivered From PET STOCK LILYDALE ( if you spend a certain amount) for over nine months , i was informed that they do not deliver free anymore or even organise it to be delivered .If you want it to be delivered for free YOU NEED TO ORGANISE THAT YOURSELF. been ordering it on a friday night after ^pm for same day delivery and they deliver it the next morning which has been great until today. Today they rang me and asked when i was going to pick it up , and when i said it was supposed to be delivered , they told me that they do not organise that and i would have to do it myself. After trying to get it delivered they said they would talk to theyre customer service, the ne xt thing i knew They CANCELLEED THE ORDER and refunded me. Now as i am out of food i have to go into the store and get it myself I AM NOT IMPRESSED

Petstock Vet Essendon used to be good but emails dated 4/4/26 and 8/4/26 have not been responded to even with an escalation to the Practice Manager. at 18/4/26, no response received. Also support have closed off the case 10/4/26 without any further action. This customer service or complete lack of customer service, is not what customers should have to experience. I incorrectly stated the emails went to essendon@petstock.com.au which may have caused the issue but I hope their direct customer service with pets is not also, non existent.

Update 21/4/26 I have now verified all emails went to essendon@petstockvet.com.au which is the CORRECT email address. Now seems Petstock support 'dropped the ball' and provided miscommunication making the issues worse. Thankfully, the Practice manager (not sure if I am permitted to provide her name) has resolved everything and I will be changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars thanks to her.

I was looking for a particular product that I saw online but couldn't find it, when I mentioned it to the guy he said oh yes and took me straight to it, seriously my fault as I didn't look far enough but if he hadn't asked, I would have walked out of that shop in Jandakot and gone elsewhere. without it we would go elsewhere and price match and you would loose the sale. To be honest at nearly closing time both the young man and young lady were so welcoming and helpful and I felt that with their interactions that the store would be open for at least another 3 hours, NO nearly half an hour, I also work in retails and it was so very refreshing to find someone so very helpful. Please make sure that the 2 x staff members at Jandakot store on 10/12/25 , he helped me with the products that I wanted and she was so lovingly attending to the adoption boy that was in their store. I cannot find a name on the receipt but it was at 5.35pm on 10/12/25, from the bottom of my heart thank you both so very much.
