Sarah was very understanding and informative to our needs. We had a good idea of what we wanted and Sarah was able to show us samples of everything put together. We had Curtin World measure up and supply sheers along with rails. It took them 8 months and 5 attempts to finally install a basic set up. The rail along with the curtains was continually the wrong length, the installer along with Curtin World team were very, very, unhelpful with zero customer service. We will never use this company again and will ensure to let our friends and family know how awful Curtin World service is. Show details
This is 3rd time I have used curtain world and the 2nd time there has been an issue with the measurements of the finished product. The installer was great but had not been informed by Michelle things we had discussed. If I had not spoken up to the installer they would have been hung wrong.The first install has been corrected but I’m waiting for the second order to be corrected.

I was concerned about the light coming thru a wide window above the bed and after advice from the consultant bought verticals. I wish I had not paid before instal. The bright stream of light at dawn makes it impossible to sleep. Ive asked the blind to be replaced by two block out cellular blinds. But no response from Curtain World. Show details
Follow-up · The window is 0.5m high and 3m wide. The consultant came up with an exhorbitant price for the alternative blind, after Ive waited a long time and replaced the blind with another supplier. Still waiting for Curtain World to give me a refund. My advice is never pay for a blind before installation.
