The team at Dogfriendlyco have been incredible. I messed up the size for my order and they replaced it with 0 issues, allowed me to change colour and items that they had available. They communicated consistently and were so unbelievably kind the entire time. Really grateful!!
I ordered the size advertised for the breed of dog I have , but unfortunately my dog must be smaller than the average Cavalier because it was far too big However after a few weeks they were still very happy to exchange

Great products! I got the wrong size initially and there were no issues getting the right ones! My pups look great in the no pull sets and walking is so much easier.

Honestly the easiest harnesses to put on & take off. Material is easy on the hand on our walks and the No Pull D ring is honestly the best!! Saved my arm being pulled so hard.. now we can enjoy our walks and I’m in control & Ronnie walks like the best boy.
Best big-dog harness ever! I have a big Rottweiler named Rueger who’s well-trained, but it’s so nice having that extra control when needed. I recently took him to the beach, and this harness was incredibly easy to put on and keep clean. I could also immediately tell that he was much more comfortable wearing this harness compared to the others we’ve tried. 10/10 would recommend!

Winston got the Navy blue walk essentials and we are very impressed with the quality. He has been using it for 6 months now and recommend to everyone. Took me a second to work out how to put it on him but the instruction videos are super helpful and can confidently say it’s the best harness we’ve used!

So far this harness has been awesome! Max seems much more comfortable during walks and isn’t choking himself anymore when he pulls a little. The quality feels great, fits him well, and I really like the personalized design. Definitely happy with it and glad we made the switch!
Venus is a Bully bread and she’s always yanked me down the block on walks it’s been impossible to walk. Until now. This harness with the front clip had changed the game. This combined with the bungie leash and we can walk for miles with no issue! Super impressed and i love this harness i got her a medium size she’s 50 pounds. Thank you guys this is the happiest I’ve been on walks.

time there was some kind of deterrent on their website that made me abandon cart ($15 extra for a front D ring, prices advertised on Instagram not accurate on website, name patch customisation not so custom friendly, promo code fine print that wasn’t disclosed which i eventually ended up arguing and receiving an “ok” deal). You’re going to pay about $100 for a harness and lead set, if you want the front ring and a fully personalised patch.
I received my order quickly. I wasn’t overly impressed by the quality of the harness, but it’s easy to use, seems comfortable for my boy, and the colour looks great. I had some trouble with the D ring - the tutorial video online should use a different colour harness to make sure viewers understand exactly what they’re looking at. The bungee lead is good - I was impressed.
The collar, however. Absolutely unsuitable for my dog. I purchased an XS as per the size recommendation. The circumference of the collar is good, however it is way too wide for a smaller dog. And worst of all - it’s HEAVY. For my 6kg senior pup, it’s the equivalent of constantly wearing a 1kg thing around your neck for a standard 85kg person. Now imagine this person is 75 years old. It was just a complete waste of money to add the collars to the bundle. I won’t be using them.
Overall the items are way overpriced. I don’t recommend the collars for dogs under 10kg or with smaller builds. The harnesses and leads are ok but honestly, you’re better off sewing your dogs name onto a standard harness with a built in front ring and getting a bungee lead for half the price elsewhere.

company highly enough. The no-pull harness & bungee lead have been a game changer for our 1 year old pup, not to mention he is now the best-dressed boy at the dog park!
Follow-up · The bungee lead stretches very well during walks, and relieves a lot of tension on our arms when our dog does decide to pull. The lead and hardness are also very easy to clean and scrub up quite well just using warm soapy water. Our dog seems very comfortable when wearing his harness, in fact he runs around quite happily (at pace) while wearing it off-lead at the dog park.
First rate customer service! I ordered the wrong size harness and Regine was most helpful with the exchange process and determining the right size. I didn’t have to return it, just showed proof of donating it to my local SPCA. Great company ethics which I appreciate! Well done and looking forward to receiving the substitution!

because I was definitely going to be buying the bungee leash and name patches for the harness now.
I contacted customer service to see if they could offer me a bundle price not expecting anything as it had been a few days and I'd already had the collar delivered. I was looked after by the awesome Rechel and amazingly they gave me the option to pay the difference on the bundle and ALSO waived the shipping for me. This is truly going above and beyond!
They didn't have to do this and I would have accepted if they had said no as it was my error not to buy the bundle in the first place.

It was mentioned I then had to pay extra for replacement name patches because the personalised patches I originally purchased wouldn't fit the smaller harness size. Since the harness isn't adjustable, sizing errors can quickly become an expensive problem - at no fault to the buyer.
I also purchased the additional ring attachment and found it to be unnecessarily bulky.
Combined with the extra Velcro patches, it adds unnecessary weight and bulk to a puppy's harness. The overall design feels poorly thought out and comes across as a money grab rather than something designed with a dog's comfort in mind. The company frequently advertises major sales, but the return and exchange process is unnecessarily complicated and costly for the customer. Communication was also frustrating, with delayed responses and emails that felt automated rather than genuinely helpful written by chatgtp. Overall, what should have been a simple size exchange turned into a time-consuming and expensive experience that required additional purchases at every step. I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others. It should have been an exciting purchase for a new puppy.

One of my favourite features is the customised name tag. It adds a personal touch while also providing extra peace of mind when we’re out and about. The harness feels incredibly secure and well-designed, with a great fit that allows plenty of movement without compromising safety.
The bungee lead has been fantastic for absorbing those sudden puppy pulls and bursts of excitement, making walks much more comfortable for both of us. The quality of the materials is excellent, and even with daily adventures, everything still looks and feels as good as new.

The D ring on the front of the harness has been a game changer when walking my Rottweiler. I tried everything, even a prong collar (which im against). The only time he pulls is when he sees a rabbit. I highly recommend it!

I purchased a beige dog bed and received a grey dog bed. The manufacturer that they drop ship from has labelled the product as grey on the box. Dog friendly co tried to gaslight me into thinking it was beige and that they don’t sell grey. It’s very much grey. They stopped responding and ignored my email when I told them this. Ordered a bed on instagram and despite their constant ads claiming they are overstocked, the shipping date they gave me was a month out from my order (6/29) and on 7/1 I still don't have a tracking number. Very shady, and they don't allow public reviews on google. They need to put as much effort into their shipping department as they do the customer service people who quickly apologize for the long shipping time and missed shipping date.

I tried SO MANY HARNESSES and none of them fit properly, or weren't secure enough. This one fits PERFECTLY and is secure. She wears it most of the day, and no tantrums putting it on. Very easy to slip over head and buckle one buckle. Very happy with this harness!
