This needs to be carefully looked at and we need another team to relocate the item and not the same complaining team that was sent to delivering the items.
Item’s paint was peeling as soon as it was delivered and probably prior to delivery as well. The company says everything is quality checked before delivery, which appears to be not the case. Also, they suggest they use a premium delivery service, which clearly isn’t at all.

Our lounge suite purchase arrived in perfect condition and we are so very happy it came with 100% perfection. I was worried as i was only able to see a single recliner in store in a different colour and only able to see the sample colour on a swatch but so happy it arrived as promised in the exact colour and no imperfections. way this furniture could be assembled like ikea products and it is far superior to ikea I am disappointed however that while some of our order is in store it was not delivered complete with the stock coming from your warehouse We had our furniture miss the first truck completely from Brisbane and delivered the next week We were informed that we would have to wait till October to receive the mirror and that was an additional delivery fee However our mirror has our name on it sitting in store When I asked why the very friendly and helpful ladies said that it would cost them $180 to send it to warners bay where the delivery was coming from I don’t understand why I have to organise another delivery from Gosford at our cost The Ladies on the floor are very helpful and knowledgeable and very accommodating It’s just the delivery is not logical

We spent over $8500 with Eureka and we were told in store and it was printed on the receipt that our last item, a king bed, would take 12 weeks to arrive. 5 months and 1 day later our king bed arrived with only 3 slats to support our mattress and these 3 slats were all 100mm to long to even fit in the frame. they offered us a refund of less than $200 (the bed was over $1500) or a replacement product. As we had been sleeping on a mattress on the floor for 6 weeks, we were not prepared to wait another 5 months so we got a carpenter in to shorten the slats and put some boards down to support our mattress. We asked them to cover the cost of this(about $500 ) as it was a lot cheaper for them then getting a new bed that would take another 5 months. They promptly emailed us back and said that because we had used an unauthorised repairer to shorten the slats, they were denying our warranty claim altogether. Obviously they are not concerned about how they service their customers once they have their money. Tetris were not concerned that a customer had been delivered a bed with only 3 slats. We will never step foot in another Eureka store.

don’t know” then when I emailed the store, they said they couldn’t find any instructions and that they also couldn’t send me a photo of a product already assembled. I can imagine if we built the product without instructions and split the wood, that this will void the warranty. We are pretty much stuck with a dresser and mirror we can’t assemble.
