DO NOTTT BUY Mirage cross back dining chairs from Eureka Furniture. I have had them swapped 3 times now and 4/6 chairs still continue to rock. I’ve given up at this point and tried felt pads on the bottom to slightly mask the rocking. Very disappointing given the 2 tables I received from them were beautiful. Really let the business down
Cannot thank Grace enough! I had my heart set on a sofa from somewhere else but walked in and Grace was very attentive and knowledgable. Nothing was too much trouble and ended up with a fabulous modular lounge and called back later in the day to order the matching armchair! Thank you Grace, we will be back!
Weve bought quite a few things from the store. All the team are always helpful. Most recently we got an outdoor setting and Sarah was amazing in the whole process. The store always looks amazing to view, they get stock delivered, set up and all the packaging removed. The delivery status is live and great communication. We've also had faults in prior products but the return process was easy. Overall love shopping at Eureka.

My furniture was recommended & organised by Marita and I just love it. I was in the process of moving to Hervey Bay and was having it delivered there. what it was? The colour had worn off at head rest and ankle rest!! Which I have never experienced previously if real leather!! I may add my previous lounge suite was 39 years old, servicing 4 homes/family and was in pristine condition when I wanted to change colour! BIG MISTAKE! I meticulously take care of all my furniture!
When i contacted the store because I hadn't purchased "a care pack" for an extra $199, I was told it was obviously any medication I was on or how I was sitting on the lounge!!!! REALLY!? I am NOT on any medication and how do you think a 77 year old lady would sit on a lounge!!???
I have NEVER in my lifetime experienced such poor quality furniture!!
So buyers if you want merely to look at this lounge and not sit on it, go for it!!

Follow-up · Over time, the marble has cracked down a hair line fracture that was in the marble. Just from normal usage - there was nothing excessive done to the table over time. I guess it's a drawback with issuing marble.

Team who sent a technician out who's solution instead of replacing faulty product was to give me felt pads to put under the legs and to use glue on the splintered wood which would clearly be visible when dried. Utterly useless Warranty service.

one I don't want to deal with this store or it's employees. Dealing with this company has been such a head ache I'd rather the refund and not have to deal with this again I will never shop here ever again.
Sadly have had a very poor buying experience with Eureka’s online service. Purchased a sofa and was advised an arrival time of 3 months as it is custom made. After the 3 months I enquired the status and was advised the expected delivery time was 12-16 weeks (3-4 months). 21 weeks later still haven’t received my item which is fully paid for.… Read more

I also noticed the way she treated her staff. She spoke to employees in a dismissive and disrespectful tone, corrected them in front of customers, and seemed to blame them for issues without listening to their side. The staff appeared anxious around her, which made the store feel tense rather than welcoming. I have seen this particular "manager" operating at other stores. And its always the same. No wonder she has moved from store to store.
Good customer service starts with respect, for both customers and employees. Unfortunately, the manager's attitude overshadowed the quality of the furniture. I hope the store addresses these management issues, as they have a significant impact on the overall customer experience.
