Very disappointing experience. Blinds fitted poorly with visible screws and protrusions. One blind needed to be recut and still waiting for that to happen, after five weeks. One blind too small. They never pick up their phone and rarely return messages. They demand payment prior to delivery of goods but do not honour after-care issues. Still waiting. They are a large company and not set up for a good customer experience. No one person or role at Kresta is responsible for looking after you / your order. Once the sales person has the sale you never hear from them again. Sales will under estimate how long manufacturing and delivery/install takes. Great service start to finish . Connor was fantastic at helping me choose the right solutions and Charlie installed them beautifully and cleaned everything up afterwards. Vety impressed . Kresta was great! Sam was very helpful with selecting the curtains and blinds for our bedrooms. They kept us up to date on our order and installation date. Installation was very quick with no mess left behind. Very happy!

was a bit long but acceptable. The products are amazing. We needed a few different blind types for windows and staircase etc, others could not deliver all products. Kresta could manufacture and install all of them which was a big relief to us. The installation was excellent in my opinion. Highly recommend.
Jay the Kresta technician said he will help me in a few days to repair my blinds but his promise was better - he came back sooner with two new motors and installed the motors within minutes. anyway. Most techs would just have said the client didn’t answer her phone. This man listened when I told him I was disabled. So once he had the new motors and I didn’t answer the phone he used his judgement. He came through for me and for that I will always be grateful. We need people who love their jobs and Jay certainly does. He is an asset to Kresta. I felt comfortable in his presence and he was engaging. Jay if you get to read this I want to say thank you to you and keep up that brilliant smile. After service is what makes a return customer and you’ve converted me hook line and sinker. Kresta all the way for me.

From start to finish we were very happy with Kresta. Emilian, who came to our home, measured our job and answered all our questions, to the staff in store keeping us informed of progress to Damien, who installed our plantation shutters perfectly.
Sam gave us clear ideas about what to expect and available in blinds. He measured and let us know when to expect installation, which because of Christmas, was likely not to be until February. To our delight, they were in fact installed efficiently 2 days prior to Christmas and we are very pleased with them. Show details

was being manufactured overseas - and should arrive in a few weeks. I called again 26/7 and was told the shipment had been delayed and promised a callback on 29/7 with ETA. No call by COB 30/7. Awful service and follow up. Will never use this company again.

he gave me plenty of options I have had the blinds installed yesterday it only took 2 weeks to receive them which is really quick I'm was so happy with them my Mum was happy also.
Follow-up · Emilian gave me 5 different choices of blinds and different colours and also he assisted me in picking the thickness of the blind. The installation went so smoothly there were no issues at all the blinds were installed within an hour. The blind quality was exerlent compared to others we had looked at from other company's
Follow-up · The installation process was easy and only took an hour. They are easy to clean with a microfibre rag and they block a good amount of light.

with the installation of a high cathedral-height sheer. I was advised this cost related to additional equipment requirements, including scaffolding/scissor lift access. However, when the installer attended, an extension ladder was used and no scaffolding or lift was provided.
When I requested a refund of this charge, the response was to offer only half back, with the explanation changing to cover the use of a longer ladder. I do not believe this charge was transparently disclosed or justified based on what was actually provided.
Despite multiple attempts to resolve these issues directly, the process has been slow and disappointing.
I would encourage anyone considering Kresta to carefully review all charges, ask for every additional cost to be clearly itemised in writing, and ensure the installation details match what is actually being provided.

Peter to call and give me a Quote re my new Curtains. Peter was so Professional and helpful . He showed me all the beautiful Fabrics . I chose a lovely colour in Azure Blue . It was such a great experience dealing with Peter , He was such a gentleman and was a great in helping me choose The colour and Fabric . was very impressed when he came home. I can’t wait to do the rest of the house, hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. He also gave us some awesome advice and I can see why, Peter knows his stuff. The reception staff are lovely, Mina who booked in our installation and Carl who came out and installed the blinds is so nice and did a fantastic job.
