Great communication, and large item was delivered in a very reasonable time to my remote location. The delivery driver called to arrange when the item could be received, and returned to deliver when item could be received. Item was exactly as advertised and looks fantastic! Extremely disappointing STAY AWAY. Waited nearly 2 months for a “made-to-order” sideboard, only for it to arrive without any legs, making it completely unusable, and with dents/scratches. I was then told to wait another 6–8 weeks for the missing parts, while customer service was dismissive and offered no reasonable resolution. Full refund requested and Fair Trading complaint being lodged — I would absolutely not recommend LivingStyles.

I adore both armchairs however the colour is actually darker than the pictures advertised. I thought they looked more of a lighter blue tone whereas I received chairs are more of a darker tone. Not complaining as I am very happy with the feel and the comfort. Very generous sizing and great quality. Perfect for my area. my expectations. Despite being made from jute, it is not a hard rug by any means. In fact, its texture is softer to the touch than expected and underfoot provides ample cushioning. The material also has considerable elasticity so it was easy to pull into shape after storage and shipment. I've placed a 3 x 2 metre anti-slip rug underlay beneath to alleviate any chance of slipping on the smooth floor surface. I specifically chose this rug because it is braided and there doesn't appear to be any loose material shedding from the jute fibre. Nor do I expect there to be as it's not placed in a high-traffic area. Finally, the rug has no odour. I looked at hundreds of jute rugs online and am so pleased the Anant Hand Braided Jute Rug was my purchase decision. The 5 stars have been earned!

they delivered on a Sunday and between the time slots!! Big tick!! The driver was courteous and helpful. The street in which I live is very narrow and parking (even accessing the driveways is problematic). He parked as close as possible to the property (because some idiot had parked too close to allow him truck access); so he used a trolley to wheel it along the street: 10 points and my thanks to him. I purposely chose assembled items (which were properly packed and easy to open with a box cutter), which slid out easily. The units are well constructed and exactly as described; completely fit for purpose. Good shopping experience all around. Many thanks.

Love this product. It is very functional. I keep a blanket inside for those days you want to snuggle. My partner love the foot rest ottoman to game. And I love the coffee table function to read a book with tea. It's a win win for us. I also use the coffee table for display. Show reply
Follow-up · You can move it easy but it has enough weight to it to not easily to pushed around. The storage is enough for a double blanket to be put inside. Not massive but enough. The material is soft and sturdy. I am quite surprised by how well it is put together. Nicely padded. The table is like a chipboard with vinyl over the top. The legs are solid wood. I hope this helps.

Follow-up · Unit came fully assembled apart from putting the legs on which my husband could easily do.. he just needed a hand to turn it back over and place in position. It would suit any decor, any flooring. I have light coloured wood flooring and it goes perfectly with that. Would also look good on tiles/carpet. Its a very modern piece with lovely brass hardware and looks lovely with items placed on top of it but equally as beautiful on its own.

Very disappointed with the quality and customer service. We bought a wooden kids’ bed at the end of 2024, and it started making noises and moving within a month. The company assembled the bed and advised us to tighten the screws, which we did. Despite very minimal use, the bed is now falling apart — the screws are bent and there is a visible gap… Read more
between the frame and the leg. When I contacted customer service, they simply refused to help because the one-year warranty had expired. A kids’ bed should last much longer than this, especially with minimal use and when it was assembled by the company themselves. Very poor quality and disappointing customer service. I would not recommend this company.
Edit: The company contacted back after this review and sent a service person who was a very nice behaved man and he tried to fix the bed by tightening the screw. I appreciate that service persons behaviour.

Don't buy from LivingStyles. The LivingStyles is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. They allowed you to put the quantity in your cart then you paid in full including delivery of course. However, you don't get your goods delivered. After chasing so many times, you are told that there is only one of them available and it is discontinued. But… Read more
when I asked for refund, they only refund you the cost of the goods but not the delivery cost. What sort of business is this? so dishonest and misleading if they only have 1 left. Plus the communication from them is awful and don't expect your emails would be answered. All they are interested in is your money which means they will rip you off to get your money

We ordered items from this company in mid November last year and last week (for the forth time) we were informed it would be another month. The last 2 delay emails were received were the exact same and mentioned the vessel being re routed. I could have hand made the items and rowed them from china myself in the time they have taken. removed last week by my friends to make space for this one as well as a fridge, bookshelves, queen ensemble bed etc and the door is completely standard, just much taller than most as place is high ceilings.
Delivery men said they could open on the street but they wanted me to say it was ok if they damaged it. I said do what you have to do but I expect you to try and not damage it. He then got on the phone and they stood on my laneway talking loudly for ten minutes until I had to ask what was happening and they said they were waiting for call back. I said ok. So trying to get back to work, then they come to knock again and say they’re just taking it back. I was so annoyed at the waste of time energy and the TERRIBLE choice I made use this retailer.
Then the real cherry on top. [Name Removed] calls me right as they leave for absolutely no reason at all it was a pointless call and actually made it worse; he shrugs it off and repeats what delivery men told me. I explained the standard size of door, the lack of warning on the ad that a larger entrance was required, the inconvenience to me organising to work from home, removing my old couch etc. then he gets defensive, just doubles down and I told him I wanted a refund - cannot believe I had to be the one to bring it up. I also advised I would be leaving this review and [Name Removed] got defensive? @livingstyles I hope you record calls because I would not have actually been so horrified with your entire organisation if it weren’t for his condescending and rude attitude. I’ll never buy from this site again and will require my account and details to be purged, anyone reading this - DO NOT buy from here use other retailers that actually care about their customers.
