I was unable to get to the shop myself. So to be able to get my dog's food delivered to the door was extremely helpful. I was kept updated and the progress of the delivery too.

We've been shopping at PetO for 10 years and we've just moved house to a less convenient area for pet products. We're using your same day delivery service and it's amazing and so easy.

Store staff at Preston were so friendly and helpful when I went to collect my online order. They even carried my order out to my car for me (I ordered a 12kg bag of dog food). First time I’ve ordered from them but I will buy from them again.

I thought it was pretty crazy, like, they did "free 2 hour delivery", but, I didn't really comprehend what that meant. Our local pet shop use to be fantastic until Peto bought it out. Prescription pet food has been cancelled by the company. Prices are higher, services are poor. Greedy corporation. Give them a miss.

Staff were exceptional! Great ambassadors for your company. However, your prices are way too high compared to neighbouring stores with 5km. Eg $50 for Petsafe pkt 3 Citronella collar refills at your store but $26 at Brisbane Pet Superstore at Stafford Shopping Centre and $26.59 at Petstock Albany Creek. customer has to research etc rather than believe your website which states "the Lowest Prices". You prey on the ignorance, naivety, or trust of your customers. $50 for collar refills at your store compared to half the price at other local stores around the corner. Really????

cancelled the order telling me their was no stock, even though there was still stock showing at my local store where I was notified earlier to collect the items. It's poor for PetO Customer Service to not honor the price that they had listed for sale in their system and even worse to lie about not having stock. Rather they could of mentioned that they had listed an incorrect low price. I sent an email in follow up and PetO did not even bother to respond. I will no longer consider PetO for any further pet needs after such poor service or value for its customers. They will soon be another casualty in this tough economy, as they have nothing more than poor service to offer customers!

When i arrived to pick up order, they were moving to new premises. Staff still allowed me to collect order despite store being closed, carried heavy bag of food to car and gave me a free container to keep food fresh. Very impressed with service

Unable to get Purina Supercoat, my dogs favourite, at PetBarn I tried PetO. They were easy to access, cheap and efficient. Delivery to the door was on schedule and prompt. I will be happy to deal with them in future and have no hesitation in recommending them.
