I have emailed over two dozen times, daily requesting an update. 10 days later a response to say she was on her ‘rest’ day. Two months later, still not resolved. A totally incompetent service assistant. Will never purchase this brand again

ago, the remaining three only weeks ago. I am delighted with the build quality of this product and the shutters fulfill my needs perfectly. Before I chose this style of window shutter I had concerns regarding the weather. Protection from storms with high winds and hail, insulation from snow during winter as well as summer heat, was foremost on my mind, and it became obvious that canvas blinds weren't up to the task. Enter Dynamic Home Enhancements.

I found the company very easy to deal with, and once a mutually agreeable price was negotiated, it was smooth sailing from there. Installation was swift and hassle-free, and my installer was Garry who did both jobs for me. A wonderful effort on his part and the final result is excellent! The colour I chose was woodland grey.

This isn't a cheap product - I'd be lying if I said otherwise, but it is a quality product. Solid, well-made, and built to endure the elements, I see it as money well-spent and an asset to any home! Bottom line, I'm a repeat customer, so I'll let that speak for itself!

went to collect it four days later. There was a sign on the door saying they were moving locations. After several calls to head office and investigating bed availability at other stores, it became apparent that the store had gone into liquidation. Several phone calls have been made to head office and we are still waiting on an answer on if and when we will ever see our bed. They have asked us to pay the remainder of the amount owing on the bed, even though they cannot tell us if they will be able to get hold of the bed for us (as in them purchasing the stock from the liquidators). We have been lied to, and I honestly don’t think we will ever see the bed. Disgraceful.

isn't working.... It is a iTECHBC40 Battery Charger 40 Amp 12v iTechworld for Car, Boat, Caravan Purchased it in 2024. They wont replace it... I also have a battery box where the volt meter isn't working :( The service and replacement of the two batteries was good BUT I only have used the charger a few times, it's still in the box. They won't replace it or they say they cannot fix it, but have offered me a a new charger at a discounted price. I think they should replace it.
