they told me they’d send the missing item but they never sent it. A month has passed and nothing.

I ordered 4 different sets, each shape seems to have a different height nail arch. Some of the nail arches are so high that the adhesive tab and glue wouldn’t even touch the centre of my nail. I think this is concerning for those that don’t have naturally high arched nails as there is space in the nail for moisture. I have been using another well known brand for several months and rate them highly, they last me roughly 2 weeks using their nail glue and adhesive tabs. The Glamrdip press-on nails started popping off within a few days and I’m sure it’s because of the rigid nail form and very high arch, there is minimal adhesion to the natural nail. It’s likely I won’t repurchase and am disappointed that I didn’t receive all items as stated in your bundle, even after following it up. The nails present well, they look good quality but unfortunately aren’t suitable

parcel unattended on my front porch, where it was subsequently stolen. Given that no one was available to receive the package, it should have been taken to a nearby post office or collection point instead of being left exposed.

What made this experience even more frustrating was the lack of support from the Pump Haircare team. Despite explaining the situation, I received little assistance from Amanda and no meaningful effort was made to help resolve the issue or provide a satisfactory outcome.

As a customer, I expect both reliable delivery practices and responsive customer service when things go wrong. Unfortunately, Pump Haircare failed on both counts. I would not recommend purchasing from this company based on my experience.
