absolute fortune. Bought a selection of dresses so was so expensive and I had absolutely no idea that there was a no return policy. Well you can return clothes obvs but you just get a credit note. So you have to buy more stock and pay for the postage!!! Such bad service never shop at this company as they were so condescending with their replies

use I turned it on and it shut off the minute I put it onto my skin. I thought it may of needed charging so I charged it over night to ensure a full charge. I tried to use it the next day and the same thing happened. I contacted YesStyle to see what they would do over 1 MONTH AGO and still have had no resolution. I have asked for a replacement or refund and YesStyle have still done nothing. YesStyle customer service is terrible. They stall and drag out any returns or product issues. I am out of pocket several hundred dollars and have had no device to use for A MONTH!!! And I have lost money. YesStyle have appalling unacceptable customer service. I will never buy from YesStyle again or recommend YesStyle to anyone.

service. Items are dispatched and delivered within a couple of days. Customer Service questions are responded to in a timely manner. I have had to return a couple of items due to sizing issues and refunds or credits have always been dealt with once again within a short time frame. twice before which I have loved. Thought I would have a bit of a change this time. However I do find these ones a bit harder to walk in although I do like the thicker sole which is very comfy.
