side said they will get someone to call me back as they don't know the procedure (yeah right, more likely adniring female clients exercising). Last week i was told that my membership was overdue by 1 month i rang and state that i advised the account close and someone was going to call me back, since i rang then i never attended the gym again so it was a shock to me. Apparently they gym did not cancel the membership and kept collecting money which i didn't know as i rarely check my statement and it come from a seperate bills account. I was told that they will apply the 1 month fee even after getting almost 2 years of fees when it was supposed to be cancel. I an looking at consulting lawyers and if there is sufficient people in the same position will start an class action suit because Anytime Fitness should employ staff with enough intelligence and common sense to know what to do or ask question and obtain the knowledge.

Saved more than the $79 for the smile app. Well worth it.

is no food waste. If I was cooking for one and doing my own shopping, I could never create such interesting and varied meals. However... (1) in 2026, most new dinners added to the choices have 500+ calories, which are less suitable for those wanting to lose weight; (2) Some dinners contain unnecessarily high amounts of sodium; (3) I would like some gluten-free pasta options such as buckwheat.

flimsy...to the point the box was bent out of shape! The bottles were just dumped inside the box that was not fitting, and no support/wrapping to protect the merchandise. So they were rolling around and bumping inside that indented box !!!

story entirely. Worse than useless. Anyway, on the practitioners. Like every service providing prescriptions, they start with the scripted questions. Then they seem to go their own way. Each having a different way of handling repeats from no problem to no, now what's the next question. Support sucked 2 hours out of my life today while I tried to explain that I was unable to see their QR code in their app which their SMS kept sending me to, and then, tired to have them send me a PDF of the QR code. Most of that time was spent waiting for replies while they answered other inquirers. Clearly they're understaffed for the service, the result of which there isn't any. Overall, it's a good idea as long as there's a simple need. Once it gets past a single contact for a single prescription, it falls well short of expectations. Sincere repeated apologies do not compensate for the stress and loss of time to complete what should have been a simple task...I want the QRs for my prescritions. Two hours to get that is not good. I'm giving them 3 / 5 because three practitioners were good enough and 2 support need retraining.
