Emily made what can often be an overwhelming process feel enjoyable and straightforward. Emily was warm and personable, whilst having an ability to balance functionality, style, and our budget while creating a home design that truly reflects what we wanted. We are incredibly grateful for her guidance and would highly recommend her. Our time with Emily has significantly contributed to a positive experience thus far.

One aspect of the experience that we found incredibly valuable was having the same design consultant throughout the entire design process. We understand that the company doesn’t guarantee clients will have the same consultant for every appointment, and we appreciated that we were fortunate for this to be the case. However, there was always a level of uncertainty leading up to each appointment, as we weren’t sure whether we would be meeting with someone new. We believe that ensuring customers are matched with one consultant for the entirety of their design selections would significantly improve the customer experience. Continuity helps clients feel more supported, reduces the need to revisit previous decisions, and makes what can be a complex process feel much more personal and seamless.
