to me, then on the day I was told that they were shipped to the Geelong store but that they would reroute it to the Altona store which didn't happen so I had to drive from Doncaster to Geelong to fit. I took a day off work for this so I did whatever it took to get the wheels fitted. Admittedly they did give me a $50 fuel voucher. I would've not resorted to leaving a negative review but they completely botched my wheel alignment. Again I have aftermarket suspension from G.O.A.T offroad fitted to my Ranger Raptor with HD Clevis steering upgrade (beefier adjustable tierods) which I asked numerous times if they're comfortable working with for wheel alignment. I'd rather they don't do the alignment if not. In any event they did a poor job of alignment, undid heim joints that were completely unnecessary and put them back together in the wrong orientation along with not tightning the rose joint bolts which induced binding in my suspension and a terrible suspension rattle. I took my ranger to Guest4WD who fixed this mess but it cost me $685 unnecessarily. Ive been calling Ozzytyres and they can't be bothered returning my calls. Avoid this mob at all costs.

only says that the shipping information has been provided to the courier, which means the parcel hasn't actually been handed over yet. I really regret buying from 4WD Supacentre. To make things worse, no one answers the customer support phone, so it's impossible to get an update on the order. This has been the worst online shopping experience I've had in Australia. shades the following week. The quality of the shade is great, it is made from hard and thick materials. Although in my experience, I found them harder and clunky to use, as the shades aren’t flexible at all. The top part snaps & cracks when trying to lift it into position. You need to open it out and slide it into position and can be annoying if the side parts fold back in because I can’t reach across the windscreen to fix it into place. Once in, it does its job of protecting my car from the heat. Folding it up is easy but it doesn’t have storage clips/strap to keep it closed and as it is a firm /hard product it’s not easy to store. It doesn’t fit beside side of passenger seat and console, takes up whole backseat as it has to lay flat and if put on floor behind driver seat it’s hard to get kids in car without bending and braking it. And it’s not practical to store in the boot. I’m still using it (1 month in) but I can see I will get over it and resort back to a more flexible design that is easier to store.

Had great service, once again, with friendly staff able to provide professional advice on tyres at a very competitive price.

Matt is without a doubt the BEST roadside assist technician I’ve ever used—and I’ve been a driver for nearly 40 years & have had multiple vehicles! with internal engine concerns, including cylinder wall scoring and timing-related issues, and I was advised that engine replacement was recommended at a cost of approximately $9,000. Later, I was presented with a significantly lower repair proposal of around $2,800 to replace timing-related components.

Throughout the process, I sought clarification on what had changed in the diagnosis, whether the timing repair would address the previously identified cylinder scoring, and what caused the significant loss of engine oil. Unfortunately, I never received a clear explanation to these questions.

While the staff were polite and professional, the differing repair recommendations made it difficult to have confidence in the proposed solution. This ultimately led me to pursue an alternative repair option.

I also learned that maintaining a full Hyundai service history does not necessarily mean Hyundai will provide goodwill assistance if a major issue arises outside the warranty period. This was disappointing given the vehicle's low kilometres and servicing history.

Rutherford. They’re after sales I would not recommend anybody to go to Oz car Rutherford. I have got a 2020 Mitsubishi Pajero. I brought off them at Christmas time. I’ve had nothing but trouble. I’ve had it to mechanics 4 different mechanics and they’ve all told me the turbo was shot. I took it back to Oz Carl Rutherford and I recommend there is nothing wrong with it.
