service was better than any company or store i have ever had the pleasure of dealing with (and i have been in sales for over 40yrs) when i was unsure if the Rims would look good on my car, he picked up the rim put a black cloth behind the rim and set it up on blocks to show me how it would look right next to my own car outside. Nothing was too much for him and he helped us so much that the decision was easy for us to get exactly what we wanted and needed.

For this and many other reasons, I was compelled to write yet another review for Matt as I’ve had to use his wonderful service now several times. Matt is without a doubt the BEST roadside assist technician I’ve ever used—and I’ve been a driver for nearly 40 years & have had multiple vehicles! doesn't rain much where I live I put up with it but then after about two months both sides were leaving streaks when wiping even after wiping the blades. the lacquer after approximately 15 months and fewer than 3,000 km. The car is rarely used, and the wheels have only been washed with standard pH-neutral car shampoo.

If the finish cannot withstand even 3,000 km of normal driving, how is that acceptable? In my view, these wheels are not fit for purpose.

Tyroola blamed environmental wear, rejected my claim and refused a physical inspection. Their “goodwill” offer was a discount on another purchase. Why would I spend more with a company that has handled this purchase so poorly?

Four deteriorating wheels. No repair, replacement or refund offered. A truly awful customer experience. I would never buy from Tyroola again.

the month. Item was supposedly in stock. A few days later got a email stating item will be sent once restocked!?!? False advertising. Waited two weeks with no response. Used website chat option to contact supplier. No response. Used email got a response that item will be dispatched the next day! Waited....item not dispatched. By now it was around 3 weeks since I placed my order and my son's birthday was fast approaching. Rang company only to be greeted with a 'Due to technical issues our phone system is not working at the moment... Blah blah blah.' Thats handy for them!!!,..saves them talking to all their disgruntled customers..me thinks!!? Contacted them by email only to get a response of 'We appreciate your frustrations but if you contact us by phone again and speak to our customer support the way you did we will be cancelling your order!' What a joke .... As I couldn't even get through to anyone due to the appropriately aponited phone system outage!!! By this point I was deeply disappointed and frustrated at the whole saga so contacted them stating that I couldn't and wouldn't use bad language or abuse their customer support even if I could get through! They then responded with a supposed recording of the whole conversation...(Hang on a minute here ... I couldn't..even get through!!!) Where it clearly showed a few obscene worlds typed in above a supposed play icom showing a recording! So not only does this company not provide you with the product you have paid for it also tries to set you up with damn right lies and accusations! By now I had totally had enough and told them I wanted a full refund and if they didn't act within the next few days I would be reporting them to the trading standards. Funnily enough their next response was slightly different and the order had miraculously appeared!!! I eventually got my money back and my son got a very belated birthday gift from a more trustworthy supplier. The moral of this story is... if you want a fast efficient, friendly professional service, with no false accusations directed at you due to their incompetence, shop somewhere else and save yourself all the huge hassel of dealing with this two bit company!!!

Literally no engagement from ads, customer support is dismissive. Much better results on Facebook marketplace. Save your money.
